FOR U.S. ORDERS

If you’re not totally obsessed with your FentyBeauty.com or FentySkin.com purchase, return or exchange it for free (no return shipping or handling fees) within 60 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

  • When you return your purchase to FentyBeauty.com or FentySkin.com by mail within 60 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.
  • We are unable to accept returns on items with hazmat shipping restrictions, such as Fenty Eau de Parfum or Liquid Killawatt items, that have been opened. Please contact our Customer Service team should you need further assistance or have any questions.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

  1. Fill out the Returns + Exchanges form on the back of your order summary—use the top box for returns, the bottom box for exchanges. Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original FentyBeauty.com or FentySkin.com packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.
  2. Create and print your FREE USPS return label here, and attach it securely to the package.
  3. Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail!

Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can track your return. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing! We are unable to accept returns on hazmat items that have been opened.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.

We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
