FENTY BEAUTY RETURN POLICY
We will only accept items purchased on FentyBeauty.co.uk for a return; if your item(s) were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return. Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions below.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR UK ORDERS
- Please visit our returns centre HERE, to indicate which item you would like to return and the reason for each return. Please note you must select all items you would like to return; additional items not specified will not be processed for a refund.
- Pack the item(s) you’d like to return in the original packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.
- Attach the prepaid return label to the front of the package and take the parcel to your nearest approved DPD drop off point.
- Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!

RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS
Upon receipt of the products, we ask you take time to check the good condition of products delivered in your order, and inform our Customer Service teams of any error, damage to packaging, or non-arrival as soon as possible.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Products must be returned to us in a saleable condition, so that we can process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
If you do not return your order via DPD, Fenty Beauty will be unable to reimburse the cost of making the return via an alternative method.
If the above conditions are fulfilled, we will reimburse the total amount paid for the returned items using the original method of payment (excepted the delivery costs), within a maximum period of 14 days.
Any delivery costs paid at the time of the original order shall not be reimbursed.
